The Dauphin County Prison is currently accepting applications for the full-time, varied shift position of Treatment Specialist I. An employee in this position will provide casework & counseling to Prison inmates (classified & unclassified; sentenced & unsentenced) on Prison premises. He/She may work in concert on block with an associated Treatment Specialist II (whose duties he/she may appropriate or share as necessary, or as directed by proper authority), & reports to the Treatment Supervisor, Treatment Coordinator, or Deputy Warden for Treatment Services (as the last directs).

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in social sciences, psychology, education, or a related field; Counseling experience preferred.
